We are a locally owned and operated recruiting firm that focuses our efforts in the greater Central New York area. What we do...?

We place candidates on a direct hire, contract-to-hire and short-term project basis. We can also payroll referred candidates on your behalf. At your request we will conduct pre-employment drug screens, criminal background checks, skills assessments and other pre-employment testing.

Mike has more than 15 years of experience in accounting & management, including over 12 years in the recruiting field. He spent 5 years as the Controller/Contract Manager for SFI, a $100 million contract employment firm based in the southeast. He was also VP for a Syracuse based temporary staffing agency before founding CNY Outsourcing in 2004. He supports our recruiting efforts in our Administrative & Clerical, Accounting & Professional and Manufacturing, Assembly & Warehouse divisions.
