Ginger has a BS in Business Administration. She has devoted her entire career to the Transportation Industry. She spent time working for the “big boys”, Fedex and UPS, but now enjoys helping clients of all sizes. Unlike many others in our industry, she has a deep understanding of DOT Rules and Regulations. She has spent over 3 years as an Account Manager and Recruiter and over 8 years as an Operations Manager and Driver Manager. She oversees our driver leasing program and drivers to ensure that both are DOT Compliant.

Qahhar has joined our firm after owning a very successful trucking company in Chicago, IL. He has obtained a vast knowledge of the transportation industry while earning a reputation for integrity in the market. He also brings four years of IT recruiting as an account executive with one of the top national IT staffing companies. Qahhar uses the SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) to apply our firm's resources and capabilities within the competitive environment in which we operate. He also brings experience from the United States Marine Corps (where he served honorably) that has helped make his transition from the public to private sector successful.
